No Cook Coconut Pie
2 packages Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix 2-3/4 c Cold 2% Milk 1 tsp Coconut Extract 8 oz Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed 1/2 c Sweetened Shredded Coconut 1 Graham Cracker Crust Additional toasted Coconut for topping |
In large bowl, whisk pudding mixes, milk, and extract for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and coconut. Pour into pie crust and top with toasted coconut. Chill until set, about 3 hours. |
